Our Lake Charles location is passionate about providing treatment options to underrepresented patients who lack alternatives beyond the standard of care. Our Principal Investigator, Dr. Joseph Semien, is a committed advocate for equitable healthcare. As one of the founders of Pulse of Perseverance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating systemic inequities, he focuses on mentorship, career exposure, and monthly scholarships. Together we’re aiming to create a more equitable society by improving healthcare outcomes for those who need them most.
