Devora Henderson
Co-Founder & CEO
Devora boasts over two decades of experience as a seasoned Clinical Research Professional. Following success at PPD in Austin, TX, Devora co-founded Centex Studies, affectionately calling it her “little mom and pop business” during a 2021 podcast on female entrepreneurs in science. As President, Devora led all facets of Centex’s clinical research business, scaling the company to an industry leader and ultimately exiting to Research Headlands, a KKR portfolio company. A respected figure in the clinical research industry, Devora continues to mentor the next generation of clinical research professionals and is excited to build upon her successes by leading a best-in-class organization in Elevate Clinical Research.
Patrick Feeney
Co-Founder & Chairman
Patrick is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur bringing over two decades of experience in investment management. A JD-MBA from Northwestern Law and Kellogg, Patrick led a successful career at Morgan Stanley and Macquarie Group prior to co-founding Lateral Investment Management, a private equity and credit firm with over $600MM AUM focused on growth companies in healthcare, technology, and business services. Patrick has served as the Chairman of a hospital, founder of a cardiovascular MSO, and board member and senior advisor to multiple companies across the healthcare industry. Patrick is passionate about improving patient outcomes and is excited to advance life- changing therapeutics with Elevate.

Our Houston location provides access to a diverse patient population. Our Principal Investigator, Dr. Joe Pouzar, has over 15 years of clinical research experience as an Investigator. He has completed over 100 clinical trials focusing broadly on family medicine indications. Our work together brings trial opportunities directly to patients, enhancing their quality of life and deepening our understanding of various disease states.

Our northern Illinois site, conveniently located between Milwaukee and Chicago, offers diverse patients access to cutting-edge clinical trials led by Dr. Moltz, an Internal Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience dedicated to personalized care and advancing medical science.
McAllen, TX
Our McAllen location is based just 11 miles north of the Mexico/Texas border, providing access to a predominantly underserved and underrepresented Hispanic population. As a family medicine physician, our Principal Investigator, Dr. Solis, is committed to participating in clinical trials that address the needs of his everyday patients.

Elevate Up is a joint venture with Dallas Neurology Care Clinic in Waxahachie, Texas. Our clinical research site stands as a beacon of hope and healing for those seeking expert neurology care. Led by Dr. Khalid, a board-certified neurologist renowned for his specialized skills in diagnosing and treating complex neurological disorders, our clinic offers a personalized approach that patients trust.
Lake Charles, LA
Our Lake Charles location is passionate about providing treatment options to underrepresented patients who lack alternatives beyond the standard of care. Our Principal Investigator, Dr. Joseph Semien, is a committed advocate for equitable healthcare. As a founder of Pulse of Perseverance, a nonprofit fighting systemic inequities, he supports students through mentorship, career exposure, and monthly scholarships.

Our Atascocita location, a joint venture with Synapsis Bio, offers 28 inpatient and outpatient rooms for Phase 1b–4 trials and is led by Dr. Matthew Brams, a board-certified psychiatrist with over 26 years of experience and 300+ trials completed, contributing to more than 15 FDA-approved CNS drugs. In addition, our decentralized site, led by Dr. Kinjal Desai, a board-certified neurologist in 48 states, conducts remote clinical research nationwide, reaching a broad and diverse patient population.

Our decentralized clinical research site operates throughout the US without a fixed physical location. We remotely connect with patients nationwide, unbound by geographic constraints, enabling us to conduct groundbreaking studies while reaching a broad and diverse population. Dr. Kinjal Desai, a board-certified neurologist in 48 states, leads our team. Dr. Desai's extensive expertise and dedication to neurological advancements ensure our research remains at the forefront of clinical innovation.

Wichita brings a strong foundation for clinical research, supported by experienced specialists serving patients with musculoskeletal and mobility-related needs. Our site is led by Dr. Jon Morgan, a podiatrist, and Dr. Paul Pappademos, an orthopedic surgeon, whose combined expertise creates a strong platform for expanding research opportunities in the community.
